There was a slight mixup with my order, but the the customer service was quick to help me resolve the problem. The Bigelow Green tea is a good strong tea. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick cup of tea.

I’ll start by saying that the fact this tea is “organic” absolutely did not have anything to do with why I bought it. It was the only green tea I could find in k-cups at the time. I found that the tea was extremely weak…like drinking water with a slight green tea flavor to it. Maybe I prefer my green tea stronger than most but I’m pretty sure the Keurig doesn’t allow enough time for green tea to steep. I see that there are several people who seem to enjoy this tea so maybe your experience will be different but, for me, this tea was a waste of money.

I was a little tentative to buy this product since i had never tasted it before and usually cannot stand the taste of “organic green tea” – not the case with this tea. It is very good, add a little honey and lemon, and voila a great cup of tea!

Being organic was the reason for purchasing this product at first. Was I surprized at the flavor! This makes a wonderful, clear green tea that is not bitter! At home I usually have trouble with the bitter factor, but not this!. I have made tea in the last three cup sizes on the Keurig, and each one is good from this kcup.. This will make a killer ice tea in warmer weather. At last tea, with no mess, no bitterness, or residue. This is a tea I would be proud to serve quests. Green tea is so good for the body and mind, now it’s a snap to get my health fix.

This makes a good cup of green tea. The mild flavor is refreshing and not too bitter. I typically make this as a hot beverage, but it is also very good cold. I prefer this tea unsweetened.
